Wills:

Our office have been preparing Wills for years and will assist you through the process of ensuring your loved ones know your wishes. Mr. Vaid will sit down with you and your spouse and receive instructions as to how your Will is to be prepared. All you will require for the appointment is the name and address of all your beneficiaries. If you plan to leave anything to charity ensure you have the name and address of the charity. Mr. Vaid will ensure that all appropriate information is obtained prior to creating your Will. Once the Will is prepared you will be scheduled an appointment to execute the Will. You will review the Will and it will be explained thoroughly before executing. Once the Will is executed you will receive your originally executed Will for safe keeping.

We will file a Wills Notice with Vital Statistics once executed.

Power of Attorney’s:

Our office would be happy to prepare a Power of Attorney for you. A Power of Attorney may be used to allow someone to take care of your legal and financial matters on your behalf. You can have the option of giving a general Power of Attorney for all legal and financial matters or restricting if required. We can prepare a Power of Attorney for a real estate transaction and restrict it only for that transaction and register it with the Land Title Office. Ensure that you have the addresses of all your attorney’s before attending your appointment.
